We currently ship to the United Kingdom and the United States. Orders placed for delivery outside these countries will not be processed at this time.

Delivery Timelines

We work hard to process your order quickly. Our delivery timeline is divided into two stages:

• Orders placed after 6:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Time (Transit)

• Time: 4 to 5 business days  (Monday to Friday).
• Carriers: We ship using reliable express carriers, including DHL and FedEx.
• Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 7 business days.

Note: While we aim for timely delivery, transit times may vary slightly due to carrier operational factors or customs processing.

Order Tracking

Yes, we provide tracking for every order. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment from dispatch to final delivery.

Duties and Taxes

All product prices are displayed in GBP for the UK and Dollar (USD) for the USA. We strive to ensure a smooth delivery process. For international shipments to the US, standard customs clearance procedures may apply, but there are no additional shipping fees charged by us at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

In the rare event that your package is delayed significantly beyond our estimated 5 to 7 business days delivery time, please contact our support team. We will work directly with the carrier to locate your package and resolve the issue immediately.
