6. Billing Verification

Please ensure your billing information matches the exact details held by your card issuer or payment provider. Orders flagged by automated fraud prevention systems may be delayed or cancelled for security reasons to protect our customers from unauthorized transactions.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled strictly in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

• Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.
• Please allow up to 7 Days for the refund process to be completed and reflected in your bank or credit card statement.
